Singh & Jones have recently we have been collaborating with a reputable Facade Contractor who are keen to recruit an experienced Facade Estimator with a strong curtain wall background. This unique position offers the right candidate the challenge and genuine opportunity to progress, whilst working for a 48m turnover business who employs 250 employees

As a Facade Estimator,you will be reporting directly to the Bid Manager and the duties will include;

• Estimating and producing high-quality tenders for within the curtain wall, glazing, roof lights and rainscreen cladding industry
• Liaising with internal design, manufacturing, and operational teams
• Attending design and estimating meetings both internally and externally
• Producing and maintain regular site surveys
• Carry out Take Offs from drawings
• Using Logikal for estimating

The role of a Facade Estimator suit a candidate who has a background in curtain wall estimating, as well as a full envelope or construction background. The ideal candidate can be based from my clients Buckinghamshire office. Having good system and process skills in a must, as well as being able to work with senior stakeholders.
