CJS Recruitment are looking for a Entry- Level Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also - looking for 1 year industry experience in the residential / Extensions sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submission

- Analyse project drawings, specifications and requirements

- Liasie with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations

- Support the development of cost plans and budgets

REQUIREMENTS

- Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Estimating

- Around 1 year relevant experience

-Familiarity with construction contracts

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
