A Harlow-based SME Main Contractor seeks an Assistant Estimator to enhance their team, collaborating closely with an accomplished Estimator. The role involves adeptly handling take-offs and independently pricing projects, with a focus on main contracting, encompassing refurbishments, extensions, builds, and fit-outs ranging from £500k to £3 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient execution of take-offs and independent project pricing.
• Project sectors include D&B Refurbs & Fit Outs, Office Refurbishments, School Refurbs, Prime Residential, New Build & Extensions.
• Office-based position, 5 days a week, offering a congenial and social work environment.

Requirements:

• Competency in completing take-offs and pricing.
• Proven experience in main contracting with project values within the specified range.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
