An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2D CAD Engineer/Estimator to join a dynamic and growing office team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of 30,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Produce profile drawings using AutoCAD 2D software.

Interact with customers to gather additional information, clarify drawings, or confirm material specifications (e.g. S275, S355, CR4, 304, 316).

Be flexible and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an engineering background.

Familiarity with Lantek software (advantageous but not essential).

Ability to recognize different material types.
Package/Hours:
-
39.5 hour working week with a shorter working day on Friday.

20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 4 years of service.
