Position: Contracts Manager/ Estimator Mixed role

Location: Manchester

Salary: >£40k + benefits

This is a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager/ Estimator to join our fitout client to ensure the smooth running of projects from beginning to end.

The Contracts Manager/ Estimator will be responsible for:

• Delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Submitting and agreeing applications for payment and final accounts.
• Producing health & safety documentation such as Risk Assessments & Method Statements whilst ensuring that all health & safety legislation and company policies are adhered to at all times.
• Liaising with colleagues, sub-contractors and clients from inception to completion of all projects.

The Contracts Manager/ Estimator will be

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel & Project.
• Knowledgeable in health & safety.
• Able to interpret construction drawings.

Experience needed for the Contracts Manager/ Estimator s position:

• Experience in the shopfitting industry is desirable but not essential.
• The right candidate will be from a trades background, preferably from a joinery bias
