This role, joining a Facilities Management company, is an addition to the team due to an increase in business. The main focus is commercial property.

The role of Electrical Estimator includes:-

• Working on high volume - low value quotes and estimates
• Producing accurate electrical estimates inline with specifications and industry standards
• Costing materials and fixtures for each project
• evaluating project costs and risks for commercial viability and risks
• Ensuring tender submissions are reviewed and qualified
• Reviewing Electrical quotes
• communication with clients, and site visits as necessary

To be considered for the role of Electrical Estimator, you should:-

• Have experience of reading tender specifications and drawings
• Have experience of producing detailed pricing cost plans
• Be able to self-manage your time, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Hold a full UK driving licence
