Working with our clients in the area and nationwide and based from our offices in Milton Keynes, these Estimator roles will both challenge you and enable you to grow in capability and confidence.
There is an excellent support network around you within our in-house teams whilst you get to grips with the job. We will of course test and challenge your abilities, but this will enable you to evolve and expand your range of skills as you keep learning and evolving with the role.
About the Role
You will be working with clients who are established industry icons as well as smaller clients. These Estimator roles involve delivering complex Design-Build solutions to a diverse range of commercial clients. The projects are wide-ranging, so the challenges are varied every day.
You will be responsible for the design and pricing of electrical fit-out and refurbishment works, including direct liaison with our clients and presentation of tender submissions.
You will maintain close contact with the client and suppliers throughout the tender stages and hand them over to our Project Delivery Team when the job is won. Your end goal is winning the client's trust and helping our business grow.

Essential Skills
- An understanding of and experience in the commercial construction and electrical industry
- Experience with pricing up commercial electrical works
- Ability to work with IT systems
- An understanding of budgets, programmes and the commercial viability of a project
- Good communication skills, a team player and confidence in dealing with the client
Desirable Skills
- Design Build project experience
- Electrically qualified
- Lighting, emergency lighting and fire alarm / detection design qualifications
