Role - Estimator
Location - Tiverton
Salary - Ranges up to 50,000 DOE

We have a new vacancy for an Estimator for our client based in Tiverton. Our client is a well-known Construction company that specialises in luxury builds for all kinds of properties. Due to the level of work coming in they are keen to add an experienced Estimator to their high peforming team. This role suits an Estimator with a background in Bricklaying.
Estimator Responsibilities -
- Your main responsibility will be to cost of materials, labour, and prelims for various on-going projects throughout the company.
- Visit different sites to support tender bids.
- Visiting clients to present various costs and convert sales.
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
- Communicating with different clients to manage expectations.
Estimator Requirements -
- 2+ years experience as an Estimator within Construction.
- Full UK Driving License.
