About Us:

Our client is a leading provider of innovative M&E solutions, committed to delivering exceptional projects that exceed client expectations. They are seeking a talented and experienced M&E Estimator to join the growing team.

The projects will range from £300,000 - £3million.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimating costs for M&E projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Preparing detailed tender documents and proposals.
• Analysing tender documents and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborating with design engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, components, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
