Amazing opportunity for a talented Estimator to join a fast paced, busy Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Central London. The Contractor is the busiest in the market at the moment, with an impressive turnover in excess of 700m.
About the role of Estimator
As an Estimator in the team, you will be working under and reporting to the Head of Estimating. The Contractor works across many sectors, such as Commercial office, Residential, Mixed use, Retail, Student accommodation, Logistics, Education, Hotels & Leisure, Data Centres, and Healthcare. You will be in their office in Central London, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week following a successful probation. Not only is the business incredibly busy, but they also offer amazing career progression opportunities, with most of the Seniors in the business having started out as Juniors, and now being Head of departments.
Requirements for the role of Estimator
- Minimum 6 years of proven Estimating experience
- Worked on projects above 50m
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure & tight deadlines
