Estimator's Responsibilities:
- Buying steel and ensuring timely procurement.
- Producing accurate drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Estimating jobs efficiently with a focus on quick turnaround.
- Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the fabrication team to ensure project success.
Estimator's Requirements:
- Previous experience in a structural steel estimating role.
- Hands-on fabricating background with an understanding of industrial heavy fabrication.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong numerical and computer skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
