Empro is partnering with a leading Facilities Management company to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their Hard Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing organization that values inclusivity, flexible working, and career development.

Key responsibilities the Estimator will have:

• Assisting the Sales and Client Solutions teams by preparing costings for new tenders and contract renewals.
• Managing contract variations from within the business and ensuring accurate communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Developing cost models that seamlessly integrate into client-specific submission templates and preparing models for board approval packs.
• Participating in tender review and cost sign-off meetings.

What experience the Estimator will have:

• A technical qualification in HVAC Mechanical/Electrical, commercial (e.g. Quantity Surveying), or a financial discipline.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing for hard FM services and familiarity with complex financial models and SFG20.
• Proven experience collaborating with Business Development and Operations teams to create tailored maintenance solutions.
• Understanding of hard services or TFM tendering processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant financial or bidding software.
• Ability to coordinate with operations and procurement teams to ensure a smooth implementation of new contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills, capable of managing a high-volume workload under pressure and to tight deadlines.
