Our client is a leading niche housing provider, looking to onboard an experienced Surveyor/Estimator to support their Commercial and Land teams. Ideally you will offer 10+ years of exposure to residential development within the surveying function and also be able to provide the following skills:

• Assist in securing land and contracting opportunities within our market sector and geographic operational area.
• Provide commercial support to the Land and Partnerships Director for all land bids for land-led contracting and mixed tenure opportunities.
• Initial appraisal of development sites based on information provided. Assess risks and opportunities, establish viability.

Longevity of employment and a level of autonomy is also requisite.
