Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable construction contractor in their search for an Estimator on a temporary basis for 8 weeks.

This will be an office based role in Peterborough

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a seasoned team to estimate costs for a variety of projects.
• Analyse project specifications and blueprints to determine accurate material and labour requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research to ensure competitive and precise estimates.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
• Prepare comprehensive tenders, considering all aspects of the project scope.
• Measure and undertake take offs accurately and quickly
