The role
As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in analysing client requirements and providing accurate cost estimations for projects. While primarily office-based, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients and conduct site visits when necessary. Your expertise in interpreting architectural and structural drawings will be instrumental in delivering high-quality submissions.
Requirements:
- Experience in structural or architectural estimating.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle a varied workload effectively.
- Understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in IT and numeracy, ensuring precision in calculations and data analysis.
