Job Title: Estimators (Multiple Vacancies) HS2 Project
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Long-term Contract (inside IR35)

We are currently seeking experienced Estimators to join a leading consultancy working on the prestigious HS2 programme. These are multiple contract opportunities based in London with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure works packages within the HS2 programme.

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate cost forecasts.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to support cost planning and value management.

• Ensure estimates are consistent with HS2 and client standards.

• Identify risks and opportunities to provide robust and transparent cost data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator on major infrastructure projects (rail, highways, utilities, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of cost estimating methodologies and industry standards.

• Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Excel.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration.
