Are you an analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving? The Client is seeking an Estimator to join the Pricing and Modelling team. This is full-time home based role, offering competitive compensation, bonuses, and benefits.
The Client:
Boden Group is working with a global leader in energy services with operations in over multiple countries. In the UK & Ireland, they provide technical, FM, regeneration, and energy services, contributing to the energy transition towards net zero.
Responsibilities of an Estimator:
- Collaborate with Business Development and Operational teams to analyse, model, and tender retention opportunities and new bids.
- Conduct solution modelling and assess commercial and financial risks for each tender.
- Analyse data and work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and interpretation.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners to enhance information exchange.
- Prepare commercial/pricing updates for mid-bid reviews and divisional signoffs.
- Support procurement activities and contribute to pricing initiatives.

Requirements for an Estimator:
- Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Understanding of industry specifications and service standards
- Experience with P&L and cash flow modelling.
- Knowledge of business development processes and risk management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commercial acumen and teamwork skills
