Estimator - Construction
Location: Kent (Office-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

- Prepare accurate tenders and project budgets
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Complete take-offs (manual and digital)
- Produce Bills of Quantities
- Issue and evaluate subcontractor enquiries and quotations
- Prepare and submit tender documents
- Manage post-tender queries through to contract award
- Handover projects to the construction team
- Maintain and update subcontractor database
- Attend site visits when required
- Ensure compliance with ISO , and 45001 standards
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction sector
- Strong understanding of drawings and tender documents
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
- Friday: 07:30 - 16:00
