About the Role

Working closely with the Head of Preconstruction, you'll help shape the projects we bid for and take ownership of the tendering process.

You'll:

• Lead and coordinate tenders from start to submission
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers and the in-house architects and design teams
• Identify key risks and opportunities
• Produce clear, accurate and competitive cost plans

Our projects span a wide range of sectors within main contracting, up to £15M in value (excluding civils, rail, and residential).
