EFAB Resourcing are seeking for an experience Estimator who will The Estimator will prepare accurate quotations, evaluate technical documents, and collaborate closely with the in-house teams to ensure pricing reflects scope, materials, labour, standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed tenders, quotations and cost estimates for heavy fabrication, platework, industrial chimneys, ductwork and modular structures.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and site surveys.
• Liaise with internal departments to validate costing assumptions.
• Source material and subcontractor pricing.
• Present clear estimates including risks and assumptions.
• Maintain accurate estimating records.

Skills & Experience Required

• Knowledge of heavy fabrication, platework, industrial chimneys, ductwork and large modular structures.
• Familiarity with welding processes (MIG, TIG, MMA, SAW) and BS EN ISO 3834-2.
• Experience working to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 4.
• Understanding of industrial paint and coating systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience in secondary steelwork and mezzanine structures.
• Proficiency with estimating software/ERP systems.
