We re looking for an experienced Estimator to join a growing team delivering high-quality, bespoke construction projects. This is a great opportunity to work on prestigious developments in a supportive, professional environment where your expertise is valued.

What You ll Do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders, and Bills of Quantities
• Review drawings and specifications to assess project requirements
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Manage multiple tenders to tight deadlines
• Collaborate with project and commercial teams

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years experience as an Estimator
• Background in high-end residential or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and JCT contracts
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence
