Estimator - Permanent - Coventry - Industry-Leading Contractor - Heavy Civils

Your new company
Our client, an established and multi-accredited contractor operating within the water industry, is seeking an Estimator to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Coventry office.
Your new role
As Estimator, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimatesAnalysing project requirements and specifications for accurate pricingCollaborating with the commercial team to develop competitive tender proposalsReviewing and assessing the financial aspects of project plansProviding insight and recommendations on cost-saving opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with industry standards and company policiesAssisting in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:Previous experience estimating within heavy civilsStrong understanding of pricing and tendering processesProficiency in cost estimation software and toolsExcellent analytical and numerical skillsFull UK driving licence.
