What you'll do

• Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations.
• Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations.
• Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options.
• Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land.
• Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy.

What you'll need

• 2+ years' construction estimating/quoting experience.
• Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through.
• Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.
• Able to commute to Swadlincote.
