Title: Estimator.
Location: Office based in Knebworth, site locations throughout London.
Salary: Up to 50K depending on experience.
Mainly working with term maintenance contracts for local authorities as well as capital schemes and highway works for private clients and government bodies. Due to recent pr0omotions and company expansion, an opportunity has risen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the company's commercial team. Your new role
As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include ordering information and systematically checking data, measuring, recording & valuing work unsupervised in accordance with appropriate rules & procedures, estimating and interpreting specifications and drawings; weekly and monthly reviews, commercially planning activities to meet requirements of section programmes, using company project management system, collecting data required to specify procurement requirements, collation of cost and value information and also working towards professional membership from RICS, ICES or CIOB.
