We are looking for an Administrator Estimator / Quotes Co-Ordinator in the Three Legged Cross area.

It is preferred for the successful candidate to have experience working within the Fire Door Industry, however full training will be given.

Responsibilities include;

• Working closely with the PPM Manager and internal teams to deliver quotes.
• Receive and acknowledge requests for quotes from customers.
• Create quotes in accordance with reports and surveys. Enter correct information on the internal system with all the relevant information formatted correctly.
• Must be confident to liaise with suppliers, customers and engineers.
• Must be able to effectively prioritise tasks to manage workload.
• Be fully competent at using Microsoft packages including, Word, Excel etc.
• Experience using 'Joinerysoft' database - preferred but not essential.

Rates negotiable depending on skill set and experience.
