Leading Facade Contractor seeking an experienced Estimator to support inbound tender requests and budgetary recommendations for potential projects. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Façade industry. The Estimator: * Third-level qualification in engineering, building construction or quantity surveying * Minimum 2 years' of experience estimating construction projects utilising architectural plans * Experience of curtain walling / commercial window industry * Ability to manage time and work to deadlines and excellent analytical and numerical skills * Review and analyse construction drawings contract documentation and specifications * Excellent time management and interpersonal skills * Proactive and motivated with a strong commercial understanding * Previous experience estimating small and large-scale project If interested in discussing further please contact our office directly and in confidence, and ask for Colin Heeley
