I am looking to recruit a Building Services HVAC Mechanical Estimator. Working with a well established Design & Build Contractor based in Central London. Projects will range from £500,000 to £2m within commercial office fit out.

Candidates need to have minimum 2 years+ experience and be able to do a full take off’s and messurement of the mechanical services, both plumbing and ductwork, preparing tender returns ready for submission.
