Intermediate Mechanical Estimator
Near Woking, Guildford, Reading, and Bracknell
A well-established, bespoke mechanical design and building company - specialising in air conditioning, ventilation, and commercial heating - is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some mechanical estimation experience who is eager to develop their skills, gain further training, and progress their career!
The successful Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be:
- Prepare detailed take-offs and quotations for mechanical projects.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Deliver accurate estimations for projects ranging from 10,000 to 500,000+.
- Be office-based (5 days a week) with occasional site visits (mileage paid).
- Package: The Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to 35,000, depending on experience + Progression + Training + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
To qualify for this role as an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator, you'll need:
- Proven experience in mechanical estimation.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong ability to understand and price from drawings.
- Confidence in preparing accurate take-offs and quotations.
The Intermediate Mechanical Estimator will be paid up to 35,000, depending on experience + Progression + Training + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
