Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading Interior fit out's business, who are currently on the lookout for a Joinery Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Joinery Estimator, you will be based at our manufacturing plant in Bristol, and will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing and budgeting for multiple fit out projects.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed
• Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials and equipment costs
• Review and analyse historical data to make informed decisions on cost factors and pricing strategies
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project, making adjustments as necessary.
