Managing Quantity SurveyorCivil Engineering3 month contract+£425 per day PAYE / Umbrella or CIS, £530 per dayPembroke, Bramley and LackenbyJob Ref: J110006A, J109968A, J109967ATo actively assist the Managing Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Department and project team to maximise profit and reduce risk.You will:1 Preparation of reports and claims to agreed timescales.2 Assist with the commercial application 3 Constantly refer to the project risk management plan for thorough, accurate, high-level risk assessment. 4 Monitor the register and any related documentation in accordance with the plan.5 Responsible for all sub-contractor management. 6 Ensure all sub-contractors and suppliers have submitted compliant quotations/enquiries/applications within the time-scale required, and produce all documentation to select and secure services as well as monthly assessments, variations/CE claims and final account agreements.7 Price Compensation EventsYou will have:- Degree or equivalent- Worked in civil engineering, construction or utilities - Worked in project team- Worked as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer or Estimator on projects values over £1 million- Full UK Driving LicenceCould be a Commercial Manager, Commercial Engineer, Contracts Manager, QS, EstimatorTo apply speak to Cindy AndersonWe also have jobs for: Design Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Manager, Protection, Layout, Commissioning, SHEQ, Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Contracts, Quantity Surveyor,
