I am currently recruiting for an established M&E Contractor who is looking for an M&E Senior Electrical Estimator for a role based in London.
The right M&E Senior Electrical Estimator will have have at least 10 years experience with an M&E Contractor and be looking for a long term opportunity with the chance to grow the department.
Roles & Responsibilitys for the M&E Senior Electrical Estimator
- Responcible for all estimating
- Negotiate supplier & Sub-Contractor deals at tender stage
- Monthly reporting to Managing Director & Ops Manager
- Arrange and lead weekly estimating workload meetings
- Monitor and structure your team, identify weaknesses & Strengths
- Carry out PDRs with your team
- Investigate & propose Value Engineering
- Investigate & propose innovation
- Investigate & propose new suppliers & Sub-contractors
- Structure estimating to streamline processes
- Build collaborative relationships with site based teams
- Investigate & propose a dedicated estimating system
- Price higher value variations
- Review drawings - Tender v. construction
The M&E Senior Electrical Estimator role is available for an immediate start for the right person & does have the option for remore working a few days a week.
