M&E Pre-Construction Director Opportunity - London Based - Leading M&E Contractor
MK Search are working with a tier 1 M&E Contractor with a turnover of c. 200m who are looking to engage with an experienced Pre-Construction Director for their London business unit. They are a reputable contractor who are owned by one of the UK's oldest main contractors who are also a very well known business.
You will be joining the senior leadership team and working across some exciting new commercial, heritage, life sciences and high end residential projects. You will be tasked with leading a team of Bid Managers, Estimators, Cost Planners and Proposals Teams, motivating and organising them to ensure that all pre-construction activities across the regional business unit are carried out to a high standard.
