Location: Shropshire Office Remuneration: £30,000 – £40,000

The role of the Project Manager – Timber Frame will involve:

• Project Coordinator position dealing with a range of timber frame projects for tier 1 contractors
• Co-ordinating projects from placement of order, through design, manufacturing and delivery to site

• Liaise regularly with clients, architects, designers engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth running of projects
• Ensure that all manufacturing drawings are produced in a timely manor
• Implement production schedules so that offsite manufacturing can take place
• Work closely with internal estimators and designers providing support and resolving queries
• Working on projects varying in value from £20,000 to circa £5m

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Timber Frame industry with:

• Must have design experience or contracts management / project manage within the construction industry, ideally the timber frame market sector
• Ideally will have AutoCAD experience
• Good knowledge and good understanding of industry processes and regulations
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communicator written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
