CJS Recruitment are looking for an Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also - looking for 1 year industry experience in the Residential / Extensions sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for internal building projects
- Learn & assist in contracts administration processes
- Support the director with project management & coordination
- Assist with budgeting, schedules for procurement and cost control
- Work closely with internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying /Estimating or Construction Management
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Familiar with Construction contracts
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Willingness to learn & develop
