We re an established M&E recruitment company looking to partner with an experienced and motivated freelance consultant on a commission-only basis.

What you ll be doing:

• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services
• Working independently to develop new business and maximise placements

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience recruiting white collar permanent positions (e.g. project managers, design engineers, site managers, estimators, quantity surveyors etc.)
• A strong network within the M&E or construction industries
• Self-driven, professional, and results-focused
• Confident managing your own pipeline and workload
