Bodyshop Manager - Clear Automotive is a specialist Automotive recruitment agency, working with Accident repair and automotive organisations across the UK, to fulfil their staffing requirements.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager from within the accident repair industry to join a successful repair group, to enhance their senior leadership team.
You will already have a background as a Bodyshop manager / Operations manager / Regional manager and will be looking to join a business to support with changes and progression.

- The position is a high-profile position within the business, the Regional Manager will have experience in every area of the Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to your sites.
- Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets.
- Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.
- Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness.
- Your key responsibilities will include entire site management, which includes Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service and setting targets
- Leading by example and promoting a positive work ethic
- You will be responsible for recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with the help your senior management team.
- Ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded
- You will provide strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees, to drive performance and achieve or exceed all financial and operational targets.
- Understand the business needs, the accounts, reports and KPI's
- Effectively manage site resources and costs in order to optimise capability and profitability
- Monitor individual productive performance to minimise non-productive time.
- Establish, maintain and promote good working relations with key personnel
What we are looking for: Bodyshop Manager
- Technical knowledge and experience of the Accident Repair and Bodyshop industry
- Previous experience within a management position with the ability to lead and coach the team
- Ability to organise office administration, control systems and financial resources
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacture, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry and best practice
- Knowledge and understanding of the provisions of E.P.A. and C.O.S.H.H
- Knowledge and understanding of BSI Standards and accreditation.
- The ability to plan and use resources to enhance the performance of all sites
- A passionate and determined work ethic
