Senior Estimator
V-Recruit are currently working alongside a large, reputable hard landscaping and civils contractor, to recruit a Senior Estimator to join their growing team.
Your duties will include;
- Preparing and costing detailed and accurate cost estimates for hard landscaping and external works projects
- Collaborating with clients, subcontractors and project teams to keep everything within budget
- Using your experience and expertise to identify risks, opportunities and introduce new ideas and processes that benefit both the team and the business.
- Managing, mentoring and developing a team of up-and-coming estimators
Salary's ranging from 55k per annum, in addition to a company vehicle and other company benefits
We are looking for the right person, to start as soon as possible.
This is a permanent, full-time role.
The right candidate will;
- Have proven experience within the hard landscaping and external works sectors
- Be willing and able to motivate and develop a team of junior estimators
- Be organised, self-motivated and hardworking who thrives under pressure
- Have great communication skills and be able to build relationships with suppliers, clients and other stakeholders
