The Role:

Full cradle-to-grave estimating responsibility

Working closely with Directors and project teams

Primarily office-based (Reading), with hybrid working available

Flexible approach to work and autonomy in the role
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar Estimating role

Main contracting background ideally in the £5m-£20m project range
-
Experience across education, care, or commercial sectors preferred

Proficient in Excel and general IT; no specialist estimating software required

Based within commuting distance of Reading
