Role: Senior Estimator

Location: West London

Remuneration: 75,000 - 85,000 Per Annum

We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for an Senior Estimator to join their team in West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on one of the largest infrastructure projects currently ongoing in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• Review tender documents and conduct cost risk analysis.
• Liaise with the supply chain for quotes and clarifications.
• Use Candy estimation software (preferred).
• Collaborate with tender planners on methodology and sequencing.
• Prepare and deliver tender documents.
• Participate in tender meetings and handover secured tenders.

Requirements:

• Experience with large-scale projects (roads, tunnels, motorways).
• Strong supply chain liaison skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation, proactivity, and teamwork.
