Harris Global are currently looking or a Strip Out/Demolition Estimator to join a large construction company on a permanent basis in their London office.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for pricing a diverse range of contracts including Soft Strip Out, Waste-aways, structural alterations
• Site Visits
• Liaising with Main Contractors and Developers to ascertain project criteria, proposed start dates, scope and scale of works.
• Collate/review tender docs
• Be able to put a value to the project in terms of waste/labour
