Working closely with the Estimating team, you ll navigate the company s supply chain to make material costs, delivery timeframes, and specification design enquiries to compile project estimates for floor finish works proposed by clients.

Are you the right person for the job?
- A passion for learning and finding solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great organisational, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong mathematical acumen
- AS/A2 level (or equivalent) qualifications
- A - C Grade GCSEs in Math and English (levels 9 4)
What will your role look like?
- Ensure client enquiries sent via email are logged and updated on the database
- Send product price enquiries to suppliers via email or telephone, log and share the relevant information with the Estimating team
- Arrange product samples to be delivered to clients and ensure the office s sample portfolio room is well-kept
- Digital measuring of floor plans
- General administration & filing, as required to assist the estimators
- Answering telephone calls in a friendly and welcoming manner, handling general enquiries and/or transferring calls to the relevant persons
