- Basic salary of £42,000 per annum

- Liaise with insurers, customers, and workshop teams throughout the repair process
- Manage repairs from initial assessment through to completion, maintaining high standards
- Ensure all repair methods adhere to manufacturer and industry standards
- Identify additional repair opportunities where appropriate
- Monitor repair progress and maintain documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process
- Support workshop efficiency through precise estimating and planning
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Estimator, or VDA
- Strong understanding of accident repair procedures and repair methods
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience working with prestige or high-value vehicles is advantageous
- ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
