Our Client is looking for an Estimator to join their busy and growing team. Working within a team of Estimators you will be responsible for producing cost estimates, from receipt of enquiry to tender submission working across all of their exciting projects. Can you:

• analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive build cost estimates.
• effectively collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements, recommend cost effective solutions and value engineering opportunities.
• prepare and submit detailed, accurate, professionally presented, competitive and timely quotations for presentation to potential customers.
• collaborate with all team members ensuring prices obtained from external suppliers or sub-contractors are an accurate and competitive reflection of the work required.
• follow up on quotation submissions to ensure receipt, and establish feedback on tender, while building relationships and securing the order.
• participate in pre-start and handover meetings, making sure there is a smooth transition between tender and order.

About you:You will be personable and approachable. You are articulate and numerate and will have a natural flair for customer service, ensuring all potential and existing customers and suppliers are engaged in our processes, you’ll naturally want to contribute and engage with the wider team as well as your immediate colleagues.
