Caledonian Construction are working with a Crawley based Interior Fit Out Contractor to recruit an Estimator.
Our client specialises in Interior Fit Out within the London and the Surrounding areas, Due to recent promotions internally they're looking to add an Estimator to the team.
Salary: 40k - 50k Depending on Experience
The successful Estimator will have at least 3 years experience within an estimating role previously. ideally within the fitout, facade or dry lining sector
The successful Estimator will be responsible for
- Preparing detailed and accurate estimates
- Work to deadlines
- Review and assess incoming tenders
- Engage directly with clients when required
- Provide timely and concise project, data, and business reports
Ideally the successful Estimator will have previous experience with PlanSwift take off/Estimating software although this is not essential.
In order to be considered for this role you must drive as the office is not easy to reach via public transport.
