We have a new opportunity for an Estimator for one our clients in Lincoln. Our client is a family ran construction business that operates across the UK. They have featured in the top 100 of the Sunday Times best companies to work for making this a rare and lucrative opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a fantastic and reputable company. This role suits an experienced Estimator with a background in construction.

Estimator Responsibilities -
- Your main responsibility will be to cost of materials, labour, and prelims for various on-going projects throughout the company.
- Visit different sites to support tender bids.
- Visiting clients to present various costs and convert sales.
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
- Communicating with different clients to manage expectations.
Estimator Requirements -
- Having a background within the construction sector is essential for this role.
- 2+ years experience as an Estimator.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Please note that this role is 100% office based.
