Key Requirements:

Proven experience in estimating (preferably with a Tier 1 or major contractor)

Strong understanding of cost planning and tendering processes

Experience across high-rise residential or large-scale commercial projects is desirable

Ability to collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams
