I am excited to be representing a very successful and growing, market leading business, based in Westbrook, Warrington. My client is expanding and looking to recruit on a permanent basis a Sales Consultant to join their friendly and supportive team.
- Role: Sales Consultant
- 100% Office Based
- Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
The Sales Consultant position plays a vital role in supporting both customers and the sales team throughout the sales journey. Building strong relationships with customers, coordinating appointments, resolving queries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints.
- Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
- Managing and coordinating sales appointments with prospective customers.
- Supporting the sales team with administration, documentation and sales proposals.
- Coordinating logistics for estimator visits and customer appointments.
- Assisting with workforce planning and scheduling activities.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
- Monitoring follow-up actions and ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly.
Specification
- Previous experience within a customer service, sales support or administration role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience coordinating appointments, schedules or diaries.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
