CRG are looking for an experienced Estimator to join a Large-scale Commercial Construction company based in Bermondsey, London, who specialise in Tiling and Ceramics works within the fit-out Sector.

We invite applicants who have Estimation experience in the construction or Commercial Sectors to get in contact for the opportunity to work with One of the leading players within the Construction industry.

Main Duties:

• Support estimating team in collation of estimates and contractors proposals
• Undertake take offs and quantities to provide detailed cost proposals
• Liaise directly with both clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Create enquiry packages including detailed scope of works and attendances to meet the clients brief, issue and engage with supply chain and manage the prompt return of information.
• Understand and apply mark-up / margin

Requirements;

• Experience in construction or Commercial industry essential
• Experience with Stone/Joinery Works, to quote works for stone cladding to joinery desks
• Excellent written and communication skills - essential
• Strong capability with Microsoft Office essential
• Basic understanding of construction drawings essential
