This Construction company delivers high-end Interior Fit and New Build Construction projects within the Commercial Office sector.
Project values range from 500k up to 20 million .
Clients span the Professional Services, Automotive, Formula One, Logistics and NHS Sectors.
As a result of growth the company need an experienced Construction Estimator .
The successful candidate will be engaging with specialist subcontractors, pulling together costs and reviewing submissions for Interiors and Construction packages.
A varied an interesting role, the successful candidate will have/ be:
- A construction related qualification ( not essential but preferred).
- Able to demonstrate broad Construction & Interiors Package Estimating experience gained in the UK.
- Estimated for a range of high end Interior Fit Out, Refurbishment and New Build Construction Projects within the Commercial Office sector.
The role is hybrid with up to 2-3 days in the office and from home.
With great long term career prospects and the chance to work on some diverse projects the role comes with a basic salary of 85k- 110k (DOE) plus company car or a car allowance, pension, medical, company bonus and 25 days holiday.
