Role: Electrical Estimator
Location: Wakefield area
Salary: up to £42,000
My client, a Facilities Management Provider, is looking for an Electrical Estimator deliver cost assessment for repairs and projects within the Wakefield area.

Duties:
Provide cost-effective and precise estimating service for building projects
Manage financial aspects including monitoring budgets and work programmes
Conduct detailed surveys, dilapidation schedules, and condition reports
Offer advice on a wide range of building disciplines for planned, reactive, and minor works
Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and regulations in all priced work
Coordinate service delivery and site activities with employees from other service areas
Conduct site inspections to ensure project progress and quality assurance
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of technical and statutory regulations in building maintenance
Experience in a technical role within the "as-built" environment, particularly in facilities maintenance
HNC/HND preferred
Driving Licence to travel between sites
